Boys, boys, boys

Meeting new guys can be pretty difficult sometimes, and often, I find it especially hard to go out of my way and introduce myself to new guys. It seems a lot of my friends have this problem, too. I firmly believe you don’t have to be outrageous to get the attention of a boy, so I have compiled some tips for all girls out there!

Act it out: Think of talking to that boy as part of a play. Pretending you’re ‘in character’ might give you the added confidence you need. Consider it research!

Rationalize: Drill into your head that the very worst that can happen is he isn’t interested. No big deal. There are plenty of guys that probably already are!

Relax: Don’t stress! My philosophy is: when you are totally comfortable in your own skin, it shows, and it draws people to you! Smiles and a positive, friendly attitude are the only tools you need!
